IO Performance Incorporated is the newest chapter in IO’s evolution; a dedicated, incorporated entity established in April 2025 to sit alongside our original business arm.

After eight bold, independent years running as IO Performance, we’ve now expanded our structure to include this incorporated not-for-profit, ensuring we’re equipped to deliver our artistic vision with the same integrity, accountability, and fierce community focus that’s always driven us.

This entity provides a formal framework for governance, funding, and policy development while preserving the spirit that made IO what it is:
a home for fiercely independent theatre made in and for lutruwita/Tasmania.
