Every year IO holds OPEN AUDITIONS for anyone who is interested in working with IO to come and show us your interest and skills.

This may be different than other local companies but we believe if you want to work with us, you audition - regardless of the shows on offer for that season.
​
Our season launch is happening in early January and then callbacks for the specific shows after that.
It is at that time (if you're offered a callback) you can then decline if the show isn't your cuppa tea. No bad blood, we totally get it.
​
All we ask is for you to wear movable black clothing and have a small monologue prepared.
Throw your hat in the ring, and put your best foot forward.
